• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before checking out, dispose of trash in the waste room on the 2nd basement floor and remove any unused food. 

• Sorry, pets are not allowed at Marco's Mountain Home.
• Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 pm so that all guests can enjoy a restful stay.
• External guests are not permitted to enter the apartments - however, you are welcome to meet your friends or visitors at Marco's Bar, Café & Food or Marco's Minibar. Both are located in the immediate vicinity.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. 
  Smoking is only allowed on the loggias or balconies.

• Access data for our free WiFi can be found on your keycard case, which you receive at check-in.

• Lock the safe
  To lock the safe, close the door and enter a four to six-digit code. The code you enter will be shown on the display. Then confirm your entry by pressing the “LOCK” button. While the safe is locking automatically, “CLOSE” will appear on the display and after successful locking “CLOSED” will appear, along with your chosen code. If “ERROR” is displayed, please repeat all these steps.
• Open the safe
  To open the safe, enter your previously set code and confirm again by pressing “LOCK”. While the safe is opening, "OPEN" will appear and after successful opening, "OPENED" will be displayed.
• Correction
  You can correct any incorrect entry by using the "CLEAR" button.

• Your personal keycard opens all doors designated for you at Marco's Mountain Home.
• If keycards are lost during your stay, please inform us so that we can block them.
• Keycards must be returned on the day of departure.
• If the reception desk is not staffed at that time, you can simply drop the keycards in the box provided. 

• A welcome pack with Nespresso capsules and tea is already included in every apartment.
• Additional Nespresso capsules and tea are available at the reception desk for an extra charge.

• In your apartment you will find a display with a QR code for Ötztal Bäck bread shop, which supplies you with fresh bread and pastries every day.
• Please order by 4:00 pm at the latest for the next day. For Sundays and public holidays, please order two days in advance by 4:00 pm at the latest.
• Orders can be placed at any time, even several days in advance.
• Your order will then be delivered to the bread box next to the reception.
• You can easily pay for your order via the bread shop.

• The sauna for 4 to 6 people is located on the second basement level and features relaxation loungers, tea bar, shower and toilet.
• It can be used daily from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm upon prior reservation.
• Sauna towels are provided directly in the sauna parlor.
• A rental wellness bag with bathrobe and slippers is available for a deposit of € 50.00 per bag.
• Please note that glass bottles or glasses are not permitted in the sauna.
• Our sauna is a place where you enjoy calm, peace and quiet for body, mind & soul.

• For stays of 7 days or more, one towel change is included.
• Interim cleaning service for an additional charge can be provided on request for stays of 7 days or more.

• Free parking is available in front of the building - subject to availability - or at nearby Postplatz (1-2 walking minutes away).
• An electric charging station is located directly at the entrance (charged according to consumption, more information available on site).

• A first aid kit is available at the reception.
• There is a fire extinguisher near the elevator on each floor.
• Additionally, each apartment is equipped with a fire blanket.

• There is a lockable ski storage room with heated lockers for your equipment on the ground floor.
• The lockers in the ski storage room can be conveniently opened with your keycard.

• A lockable bike room is available for your bicycles on the ground floor or in the second basement, which also offers washing facilities for bike clothing.
• The bike room is equipped with a repair rack and basic tools so that minor repairs can be carried out easily.
• There is a bike washing area right outside the front door, opposite the entrance.

The Summer Card is already included in your stay at the heart of Ötztal and ensures unforgettable adventures and activities. Use summer mountain lifts, swimming pools, swimming lakes, museums, Widiversum, AREA 47 and AQUA DOME (in selected periods) free of charge. Public transport lines throughout Ötztal valley are also available free of charge for Summer Card holders.

The Summer Card is valid from the second day of your stay at Marco's Mountain Home. 

No matter which direction you want to go, the bus stops are less than 2 walking minutes away. In winter, the skibus shuttles are free of charge for you. In summer, you can also use the regular bus lines for free upon presentation of your Summer Card.
 

• The bus stop towards the upper valley is located directly below our Mountain Homes.
• The bus stop towards the lower valley is diagonally opposite.

Skipasses for Sölden can be purchased online via Ötztal's online ski ticket shop as well as at several local sales outlets, such as the main ticket offices at Gaislachkogl and Giggijoch gondola base stations or in several sports shops.

Early booking benefit: the earlier you book, the cheaper the skipass prices!

Sölden offers a wide range of ski schools and ski courses for all ages and skill levels. Private lessons and group courses are available for children, adult beginners, ambitious advanced skiers and freeriders. Simply choose the ski school and course that suits you best!
