General price information & local tax
- Our prices are based on the number of people listed and are per night.
- The price does not include local tax, final cleaning, or the bread roll service, which is charged according to consumption.
- The local tax of € 5.00 per person per night is not included in the total price quoted and will be charged on site.
- Children and young people up to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 are exempt from the tax.
Final cleaning
- Final cleaning is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged additionally.
- Cost per person per stay: € 40.00

Discounts for children are available on request and depending on the period.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in from 3:00 pm (if arriving after 6:00 pm, please let us know in advance)

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect you in case something unexpected happens and you have to delay or even cut short your holiday. A good option is, for example, European Travel Insurance.
Cancellation Terms & General Conditions
- Cancellation fee 30 % of the total price from the time of booking.
- Cancellation fee 70 % of the total price from 31 days before arrival.
- Cancellation fee 80 % of the total price from 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellation fee 100 % of the total price from 7 days before arrival or no-show.
- The 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 (1) (10) FAGG does not apply. Our cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled studios or apartments are re-let or only partially re-let.
- The General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (2006) apply.
