From your mountain apartment, you can head straight onto the legendary trails of fabulous Ötztal. Your riding devices will be ready in the lockable bike room with wash area at any time. Single trails in the morning, chill out on the loggia with panoramic views in the evening. The Summer Card is included for unlimited use of the mountain lifts.

Today you are hiking through the colorful autumn scenery. Tomorrow you will hit the glacier slopes. The day after tomorrow you will treat your muscles to a break at the legendary Aqua Dome in Längenfeld. The hiking trails are golden, the peaks are snow-covered, our apartments - your relaxation area - are next to your favorite hangout.

Just a few steps separate you from Giggijoch gondola base station and the spectacular slopes of Sölden's fantastic ski area. The question is not whether you can conquer the BIG 3 - three peaks higher than 3,000 meters - in one day but whether you will have enough time for an après-ski stop in between.
